Who is managing and leasing The Farm?

The Farm is managed by Pointe West Management. Reachable at (540) 953-1341 and in person at 220 South Main Street.

Who can live at The Farm?

Any approved applicant!  We practice Virginia Fair Housing Act guidelines and procedures.

How can I apply?

Go to PointeWestManagement.com/The-Farm and click Apply Now!

What’s the leasing process?

Once your application has been approved, you will be emailed a digital lease to review and sign.

What are the up-front fees?

There is a $35 fee to screen your application.  There is also a Security Deposit equal to one month of rent due with the signing of the lease.

Are pets allowed?

Yes!  Cats and Dogs are permitted at The Farm.  Some breed restrictions apply.  Please contact a Pointe West Management Leasing Agent for more information.
